Delivery Service
All orders are shipped via a trusted courier service to ensure safe and timely delivery. It is essential to inspect the package upon receipt. If there is any visible damage, please note it on the delivery docket at the time of receiving the goods. This is necessary for processing any insurance claims.
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery period, please contact us immediately so we can follow up with the courier and provide you with accurate tracking information.
Pick-Up Option
Customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our location during business hours:
Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
If you plan to visit us on a Saturday, we kindly ask that you call ahead to confirm availability.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees include handling, packing, and transportation charges:

Transport costs vary depending on the total weight and volume of your order.
To reduce shipping costs, we recommend combining multiple items into a single order. Please note that we are unable to combine separately placed orders, and each will incur its own shipping charge.
