Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read the following terms regarding returns and refunds:
Full Refunds: We offer a full refund for products returned within 7 days of purchase, in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
Note: This excludes PCB Control Boards purchased separately.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for any return or refund to be processed.
Returns After 7 Days: Returns made after 7 days but within 30 days will incur a 20% restocking fee, provided the items are returned in re-sellable condition and original packaging.
No Refunds or Returns:
After 30 days from the date of purchase.
For items that have been used, installed, or damaged.
For original delivery charges or the cost of returning the goods.
Assessment: Goods must be returned to us for a full inspection before any refund is issued.
Damaged or Defective Goods:
All goods are inspected before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged or defective, it must be clearly noted on the delivery docket at the time of receipt and signed.
